Attega Group is looking for a HGV Remedials/ Reactive Tanker Driver to join the reactive team for a large successful Drainage company based in Gravesend. The HGV Tanker Drainage Engineer will be operating across Gloucester, Bristol and surrounding areas, you'll visit various client sites, including industrial estates, retail parks, shopping centres, and office buildings to conduct drainage works for the rapid and remedials response team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out descale works for below ground drainage, line cleaning, root cutting, and confined space entry works.
  • Emptying of external grease traps.
  • Extensive tanker extraction works to Foul and Surface water systems/ Pump stations/ Petrol Interceptors
  • Working alongside CCTV & Drainage teams supporting and facilitating Surveys, inspections and detailed investigation works which will involve fault finding and providing practical solutions to support the client’s needs.
  • Support specialist teams with lining, patching and rehabilitation works.
  • Generally supporting drainage teams with clearance and blockage works should emergencies arise.
  • Picking up emergency tanker drainage callouts on a reactive basis.
  • Supporting pumps teams with Foul/Surface water pump station works.
  • Ensure correct tipping and waste disposal procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Will involve a week of staying away every 4 - 5 weeks
