We want to hear from commercially-minded leaders with a strong background in EDM, tooling, fixturing, or precision manufacturing.

You'll bring a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, as well as a deep understanding of quality standards such as Nadcap and AS9100.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid grasp of modern EDM technologies and industry best practices
  • Demonstrable success in growing and developing high-performance teams
  • Strong commercial and client-facing skills with a focus on building lasting partnerships
  • Financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and driving profitability

What's on Offer

  • Circa £75,000 per annum
  • Company car
  • 5 weeks' annual leave
  • Pension scheme
