We are looking for qualified, experienced, creative and enthusiastic candidates to join our family.
Your Role
As aNurseryPractitioner, you will:
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to you enjoy, after all if youre having fun so will the children!
- Engaging children in entertaining and educational play through a variety of activities.
- Supervising children at indoor and outdoor play and ensuring their safety and security.
- Supporting and assisting the Room Leader in planning and delivering our bespoke curriculum.
- Ensuring regular communication and interaction with parents to update them on their childs progress.
- Access to a large green, natural outdoor space, to enjoy with the children and create new adventures and experiences.
What Were Looking For
- Experience working with children aged 3-11 years
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents
- Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed
