Our client, a leading Civil Engineering company in the HTP sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the construction activities on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as required
- Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site diaries, progress reports, and risk assessments
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in a similar role within the Civil Engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to high standards
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
