Job Title: Client Solutions Manager (Networks & Infrastructure)
Location: Hybrid - Midlands
Salary: up to 60,000 depending on experience

Are you a technically-minded Project Manager or Coordinator with a strong understanding of networking and infrastructure? We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to take ownership of delivering key infrastructure services-including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and servers-to end clients.

About the Role:

You'll be the central point of contact between internal technical teams and customers. You will lead the delivery of services sold to clients, managing the entire lifecycle from project initiation through to implementation and completion. This role suits someone who has a technical background and has moved into a client-facing coordination or delivery position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and technical delivery teams
  • Lead project initiation and planning sessions with clients
  • Oversee project delivery, implementation, and progress tracking
  • Maintain regular client updates and manage expectations throughout delivery
  • Support clients in understanding their current infrastructure and advising on migration paths
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Collaborate with network engineers and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution
  • Writing Statement of Works.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or technical project management role
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals-switching, firewalling, Wi-Fi, and servers
  • Confident engaging in technical discussions with both engineers and clients
  • Ability to assess customer infrastructure and make informed recommendations
  • Preparation of HLD and LLD for proposed solutions
  • Solid grasp of project delivery principles, especially around risk and dependency management
  • A technical background (e.g., network engineer, systems engineer) is highly desirable

Formal PM certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP) are not required-but a structured, risk-aware mindset is essential.
