What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Driving automation with PowerShell scripting to reduce manual processes and increase productivity.
- Shaping cloud security, compliance, and governance to protect services and data.
- Configuring and managing Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager to deliver a seamless device and application experience.
- Playing a key role in high-priority incident resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring continual improvement.
- Championing new technologies, tools, and methods that improve service delivery.
