Role: CNC Machinist

Location: Quedgeley

Salary: £32,000

Shift Pattern:

Early: 06:00-14:00 Mon-Thu & 06:00-13:00 Fri

Late: 14:00-22:00 Mon-Thu & 14:00-18:45 Fri

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join an established manufacturing business in Quedgeley.

This market leading company serves a wide range of industries including aerospace, FMCG, Medical, automotive and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate Haas machines alongside a range of other manual and CNC machinery: mills, lathes, grinding, test rigs.
  • Machine components in line with engineering drawing/diagrams or written instruction
  • Set and operate inspection and gauging equipment
  • Deburr and final assembly
  • Self-inspect components to ensure quality
  • Accurately complete relevant documentation

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Previous Setting / Operating experience
  • Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Good timekeeping and housekeeping
