30,000 - 45,000 + Progression to Team Leader + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Performance related bonus + 32 Days Holiday + Pension + Early Friday Finish

Workshop based role, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ross-on-Wye, Cirencester, Swindon, Bristol, Worcester, and the surrounding areas.

On offer is a role within the manufacturing team, where you will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC machinery and working to produce manufacturing designs using CAD/CAM software.

The Role:

*Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling and turning machines using CAD/CAM software
*Interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing manual machining when needed
*Conducting precision quality inspections and ensuring high production standards
*Supporting continuous improvement and collaborating with design, assembly, and engineering teams
