Customer Service Advisor – Full Time
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Location: The Oil Depot, Spinnaker Road, Hempsted, Gloucester, GL2 5FD

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Fully office-based

Saturday mornings required on a rota basis (3 hours, paid at overtime rate)

First-line telephone response to customer calls

Take and process fuel orders for delivery

Raise and transfer tickets to relevant depots
-
Take payments over the phone
-
Direct calls to the appropriate departments

Support with repeat and group orders

Provide cover and assist with other duties as required

Regular communication with internal teams

Previous customer service experience (essential)

Inbound telephone experience (desirable)

Strong administrative and IT skills
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively

Awareness of data protection principles

Able to work under pressure and manage own workload

Keen to learn and progress within the role
