Assistant Business Centre Manager£24,000 Gloucester THE COMPANY: Our client, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Business Centre Manager to join their team in Gloucester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding experience for clients while supporting and deputising for the Business Centre Manager.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and have a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient workspace, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.  THE ROLE:
  • Welcome visitors, manage mail and access control, oversee virtual office services, support customer onboarding, and resolve business centre queries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Strengthen relationships, coordinate activities, promote events, facilitate business connections, manage car park allocations, and oversee customer feedback and referrals.
  • Maintain high standards, oversee cleaning and maintenance, manage supplies and sales materials, coordinate meeting room bookings, support health and safety compliance, and drive service improvements.
  • Assist with ESG initiatives, support regional teams, plan engagement activities, manage calls and enquiries, oversee pricing and newsletters, and contribute to social media efforts.
  • Drive ancillary income, identify business opportunities, conduct viewings, support sales inquiries, foster local business relationships, and manage promotional activities.
THE PERSON:
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, paired with a professional appearance and engaging personality.
  • Naturally solution-oriented, flexible, and able to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a keen ability to identify opportunities and engage with clients effectively.
  • Confident in IT systems, including Microsoft 365, with strong telephone and digital communication skills.
  • Holds a full clean driving license, ensuring ease of travel and reliability for business needs.
