The Role
We are seeking passionate Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners for flexible roles across Gloucestershire. Whether you are a student looking for paid work, a practitioner looking for a new role, or you’re currently work somewhere else but looking to supplement your income. We can help you!
You will:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children aged 0-5.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
What We Offer
- ?? Competitive hourly rates: £12.78 - £17.16 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
- ?? Work in outstanding nursery settings and receive regular and constructive feedback for the work you conduct.
- ?? The ability to build continuity and relationships with individuals’ settings. Not going into different nurseries 5 days a week! We prioritise continuity for the children and our practitioners.

To be eligible to work with Thrive you must:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Have experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Be passionate about early childhood development
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
