Academics Ltd are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join a friendly school team in Gloucester. In this fulfilling role, you'll work closely with both students and teachers to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.

As a Classroom Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting lesson preparation, aiding students with their learning, and assisting the teacher with classroom management. We're looking for someone who is patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping students thrive in their education.

• Full- Time 8:30- 3:30
• Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)

Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
• Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
