Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
  • Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
