A primary school in Gloucestershire is urgently seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Provide one-on-one support to pupils with diverse and complex needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with KS1 pupils.
- A good understanding of child development and learning strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
