About the RoleJoin an inclusive specialist school in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire dedicated to supporting children and adolescents aged 8 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including trauma, behavioural challenges, and Looked After Children. This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology, though relevant experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Support children and adolescents in their personal development and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification required; a degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: Previous work as a teaching assistant and experience with children with SEN is advantageous.
- Skills: Resilience, adaptability, and confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
