About the Role:
As our Installation and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical installation of our range of hot tubs at customer properties, as well as diagnosing and resolving any electrical issues during service calls. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whilst part of a team of installers you will need to be physically fit as this role can involve heavy lifting when installing some of the equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing electrical installations of hot tubs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in hot tubs on-site.
Providing excellent customer service, including clear communication and professional conduct.
Working independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out.
Being flexible with working hours to meet customer needs.Whilst the role is Monday - Friday , hours can on occasion be longer in the peak period of the summer months , you however work shorter hours in winter whilst still being paid the same salary.
What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified domestic electrician with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in electrical installation and fault-finding.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
Exceptional customer facing and communication skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A full, clean UK driving license.
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience working within the hot tub industry.
