Artis Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established organisation in the education sector with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation committed to supporting vulnerable individuals, where you'll play a key role in delivering effective and proactive ER support across their nationwide network.As Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be the go-to contact for line managers needing support on a range of ER issues - from sickness and absence management to disciplinary and grievance cases - with guidance from senior ER professionals where needed. You'll also contribute to wider HR projects, policy development, and compliance efforts in areas like safeguarding and regulatory requirements.What you'll bring:-CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)-Strong working knowledge of UK employment law-Confidence in coaching managers and handling complex ER cases-A proactive and professional approach, with a focus on building positive working relationshipsThis is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), requiring one day a week in their Gloucester office, with occasional UK travel.Please note: Applicants must be based in the UK with full right to work.
