Due to ambitious growth plans this company are looking to streamline their design and technical departments with a focus on brining it more inhouse, therefore they're looking for a Technical coordinator to strengthen the department.In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. Working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts. You will check working drawings, incorporate product information (kitchens, bathrooms etc), oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues.
