As part of their expanding team, they are now looking for a qualified Paraplanner to provide high-quality technical support to Financial Planners. This role offers exposure to complex financial planning scenarios, structured development, and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced professionals.

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 from home)Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + bonus and benefitsContract: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Financial Planners in the preparation of client advice
  • Conduct detailed product and fund research in line with client objectives
  • Create financial plans and cashflow models using modern tools and platforms
  • Assist with report writing, fund switches, and encashment letters
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to support the advice process
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)
  • Experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of the financial planning process and regulatory environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage deadlines
  • Comfortable using financial planning software, research tools, and Microsoft Office
