We are collaborating with a leading affordable housing provider to find a Damp & Mould Surveyor for a temporary contract.
The role involves conducting intrusive damp and mould assessments in residential properties across the UK.
Candidates should have previous experience in identifying and addressing damp and mould issues.
A background as an experienced Surveyor in Social Housing or Local Authority is required, along with an HNC or HND qualification.

Damp & Mould Surveyor duties:

Undertake intrusive full property damp and mould assessments in customer's homes.To be successful as the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you need: Previous experience identifying and dealing with Damp & Mould. Experienced Surveyor with Social Housing or Local Authority experience. HNC or HND.
