Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

43k-47k Basic Salary (negotiable subject to experience) + Vehicle + Pension + Benefits + Bonus

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor who lives commutable to the Gloucester region and to join one of our clients on a full-time employed basis.

Excellent opportunity to join an established and growing Electrical Contractor business who have 40 years' industry experience. Our client are a small to medium size business and provide a complete range of electrical services across both domestic and commercial sectors.

Job Summary:

Mainly working office based, with some site visits / meetings etc.
Oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations.
Ensuring results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
Supervising & management of a team of electricians and being responsible for ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
Monday to Friday position.
Position includes Company Vehicle, Pension, Holiday Pay, Annual Bonus etc.

Skills Required:

Previous experience as a qualified electrician.
Hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (BS 7671) City & Guilds 2382, 2391 etc.
Must have good experience as a qualified electrical supervisor, ideally NICEIC, ELECSA, NAPIT or equivalent level.
Experience across either domestic electrical work, or commercial electrical work.
Good communication & management skills.
