We are looking for an experienced Neurology Consultant for a 3-month locum position.
The role requires extensive experience at the consultant level in neurology and offers a salary of £250 per day.
Standard weekday shifts are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call duties every six weeks.
Key responsibilities include providing specialist consultations, participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and supervising junior doctors.
Candidates must have full GMC registration, relevant certifications, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Neurology Consultant for a 3-month locum position. This role involves providing specialist neurological care and clinical leadership within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The position includes standard weekday shifts with on-call responsibilities every six weeks over weekends.Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMOn-Call Requirement: Weekend on-call duty every 6 weeksKey Responsibilities:

Provide specialist neurology consultation and care to inpatients and outpatients.
Contribute to diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with the wider medical team.
Participate in MDT (multi-disciplinary team) meetings and case discussions.
Offer supervision and support to junior doctors and trainees.
Engage in on-call responsibilities as scheduled.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with trust policies.

Mandatory Requirements:

GMC Registration Evidence (Full license to practice)
ALS (Advanced Life Support) or BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Essential Criteria:

Full GMC registration with a license to practice
Extensive experience in neurology at consultant level
Proven history of clinical excellence and patient care
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Eligibility to work in the UK
