New Vacancy | New Build Conveyancer / Solicitor | £40k - £45k | Gloucester | HybridA well-established national law firm with a strong reputation in residential property is looking to add an experienced New Build Conveyancer to the team.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Gloucester, offering the chance to work closely with major national housebuilders while managing a varied caseload in a high-performing, supportive environment.You'll take full responsibility for handling new build purchase transactions from instruction through to completion, including any associated sales or part exchanges, supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Ideally, you'll be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, CLC or highly experienced conveyancer with at least 3 years' PQE and exposure to new build property work.You should also be comfortable stepping into a supervisory position when needed.In return, the firm offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
