Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, regional interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyorto join them on a permanent basis out of their Gloucestershireoffice. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role, in delivering projects to an incredibly high standard, to budget and meet critical deadlines.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience delivering successful interior fit out projects as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Strong commercial awareness, especially ordering and taking off materials.
- Full UK's driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on design briefs or early-stage drawings.
- Provide cost planning advice to ensure designs are financially feasible
- Prepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyse and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations
