Structures Sub Agent

Requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Structures Sub Agent to join one of our top clients on a major highways project. This is a fantastic freelance opportunity for someone who thrives on managing complex infrastructure projects and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
The Role:
As a Structures Sub Agent, you'll be at the heart of the project, ensuring that all technical aspects align with the design specifications. You'll support the Site Agent in managing a key section of the project, making sure everything is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
·Technical Compliance: Oversee the technical compliance of the project, ensuring it meets all design specifications.
·Project Management: Work closely with the Site Agent to manage a significant section of the project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
·Cost Control: Support the Site Agent in managing project costs, maintaining strong control over target costs, actual expenditures, and forecasts.
·Resource Management: Ensure that all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded and efficiently utilized.
·Planning & Monitoring: Develop and implement a programme to plan and measure daily activities, ensuring the project stays on track.
·Health & Safety: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures, adhering to standards.
Who We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
·Relevant Qualifications: HNC, degree level, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
·Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the main management systems and processes used in the construction or highways industry.
·Proven Experience: A track record of success in a similar role, ideally within major infrastructure projects.
