Your employment contract - Permanent

Your hours - : 40 hours per Monday to Friday 9-5 . Flexibility is required due to the need for occasional weekend working and on-call responsibility

Who would you be working for - A leading provider of children and young people, complex care in a supportive team that values your contributions and well-being. Those in their care have a background of SEMH, Learning Disabilities and Autism

What would your responsibilities be? Supporting the Manager in this one bed home, deliver therapeutic care, alongside two team leaders, and a team of support workers. Duties include supporting the development of care plans and ensuring they are followed, leading and motivating the staff team, participating in staff training, staff performance, ensuring effective communication is in place for handovers, staff meeting and reports, ensuring the home is safe and secure, working with external agencies and promoting the service users emotional, social and educational well-being

Requirements? A working background in residential care, supporting people with complex needs in a supervisory of teams capacity. Already have or be willing to work towards your Levels 3,4 and 5 Diplomas
