Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers in Gloucester to support individuals in their own homes. This rewarding role involves helping people maintain their independence and dignity through high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

• Administer or prompt medication as needed

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding

• Help with light household duties and shopping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Follow individual care plans and report concerns appropriately

• Keep accurate records of care provided

Requirements:

• A caring, empathetic, and reliable attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work alone and within a team

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential-full training provided

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
