Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for Office 365, Microsoft stack, Azure Active Directory, VPN, MDM, Intune, Networking, and VMware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist with the deployment and management of mobile devices using MDM solutions.
- Configure and maintain VPN connections for remote users.
- Manage and support virtual environments using VMware.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems.
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Office 365 and the Microsoft stack.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with VPN configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Intune.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with VMware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
