Job Title:Fire and Security Service Engineer

Location:Gloucester

Rate:220 p/day

Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer in Gloucester with hands-on expertise in door entry systems, CCTV, and Warden Call systems? If you have a proven track record in reactive call-outs and fault repairs, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Description of contract/programme of works:

  • The role involves reactive call-outs and fault repairs across systems such as Door Entry, CCTV, Warden Call, and Access Control in the Gloucester area.
  • The engineer will primarily focus on Warden Call systems, along with door entry (GDX, Pac) and CCTV systems.
  • The expectation is to ensure jobs are completed and end results are delivered in a timely manner.

Experience required:

  • 5+ years experience in Fire and Security engineering with hands-on expertise in:
    • Door Entry: GDX, Pac, intercoms.
    • CCTV.
    • Warden Call systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills are essential.

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

  • DBS check is essential (must be within the last 5 years).
  • ECS/CSCS Card and IPAF are beneficial but not essential.
  • Hand tools, Power tools, Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Fire test equipment and Smoke poles.
  • Android phone for reporting and dockets.
