Client Solutions Manager

Location: This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of two days spent working in the office, remaining days working from home or on client site

Salary upto 40,000 Plus Benefits Package including private healthcare and Life insurance

An accomplished Client Solutions Manager is required by our highly successful network services client and Cisco partner, to assist in the delivery of Professional Services engagements and value add services for existing and future Clients.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Head of Department in ensuring that back-office functions are fully operational and fit for purpose.

Your role will focus on Project Co-ordination, Technical competency (Linked to the SOW / project plan), and Base level network administration.


Required experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Technologically aware - understanding key components of IT infrastructure (Switching, Firewalling, Server infrastructure) and the intricacy of delivering those services into existing complex network architectures.
  • Good understanding of Vendor specifics and differentiators (Cisco, Ruckus, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto) in relation to how key infrastructure components differ regarding configuration, capability, implementation, and support in the field (product knowledge).
  • Aware of specific requirements around the security and safeguarding of key infrastructure components such as Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, and the NIST framework.

Additionally, you will be able to:
  • Manage third party providers and contractors against SLAs.
  • Be commercially aware regarding the function and delivery of services to its Client base.
  • Be commercially aware and understand budget planning from a Client key stakeholder perspective.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of general networking and security concepts.
  • Demonstrate reasonable knowledge and understanding of Service Provider networks.
  • Manage work priorities and possess effective time management skills.
