- GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Recognised IT qualification and relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using ICT hardware and software, with a willingness to learn new systems
Nice to Have’s
- Experience supporting AV equipment, stage lighting, or telecoms
- Familiarity with school systems such as access control and CCTV
- Knowledge of Data Protection principles in IT environments
- Prior experience within a school environment
So, what will you be doing?
- Maintain, repair and install IT and AV equipment for staff and students
- Provide first- and second-line technical support
- Set up and maintain user accounts, install software, and update network permissions
- Support IT use during assemblies, meetings, open evenings, and presentations (including occasional out-of-hours work)
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock tracking and fixed asset register updates
- Work with third-party providers for complex repairs, CCTV maintenance, and access control systems

- Full time, permanent role, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm
