Sales Executive
Red Recruitment is hiring a Sales Executive for our client a business dedicated to helping families secure financial protection for their loved ones with a range of life insurance options.
- Salary: 30,000 per annum plus average OTE of up to 60,000 in first year
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with 2 Weekend Days per month paid as time in lieu
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Hybrid - Gloucester Business Park (3 Days in the office per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
- Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance
- Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected
Key Skills and Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:
- Experience in a sales role preferably within a call centre
- Target Driven with a strong motivation to succeed
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High levels of resilience and positivity
- Attention to detail focusing on customer needs
