Must Have’s

  • Proven experience working within the insurance sector

  • A strong background in sales and/or customer service

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • High levels of organisation and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Experience working with e-trade platforms or online insurance systems

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
