Paint Sprayer – Bodyshop

Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy and reputable Bodyshop in Gloucester, seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking for stability, strong earning potential, and a professional workshop environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality paintwork within a fast-paced Bodyshop
  • Repair and refinish insurance-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards
  • Perform thorough quality checks to ensure flawless results with no defects
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming
  • Mix and match paint accurately to achieve a perfect finish
  • Work efficiently to ensure repair deadlines and customer expectations are met

Your Background & Skills

  • ATA accreditation is desirable, but not essential
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is required
  • Strong background within a Bodyshop environment
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a busy, high-performing team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A motivated, professional, and quality-driven work ethic
