An established RIBA-chartered architecture practice is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Gloucester. The practice is renowned for their thoughtful, client-centric designs and a strong commitment to sustainability. The Role:
- Leading and supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Developing comprehensive technical drawing packages
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
- Ensuring technical accuracy and timely project delivery
- Applying sustainable principles in technical detailing
- Producing specifications, schedules and construction documents
Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Ideally a CIAT member or working towards chartership
- Strong track record in delivering residential projects in the UK
- In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Effective communicator with strong coordination skills
- Revit proficiency essential
- Must be within commuting distance of Gloucester
