Private Client Solicitor (Locum)

Location: Gloucester

Contract Type: TemporaryRate: £50 - 60ph

• Role is to start ASAP for a month or two (possibly longer) to cover a sickness gap

Our client, a well-established private practice in Gloucester, is urgently seeking a Private Client Solicitor for a locum position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a supportive team and provide essential legal services.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and capacity issues, including deputyship. They will also assist in coordinating the team's activities and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle mainly Will appointments and see clients on-site

• Ensure excellent client service and maintain professional standards

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified by experience

• Circa 5+ years' experience as a Private Client Lawyer

• Ability to work on-site for at least part of the week
