The opportunity to join our Development Team based in the Gloucester Office to support the delivery ofprofessional valuation and development advice, to a variety of commercial, private, and public / agency sector clients.The successful applicant will receive full APC support, training from industry leading experts and opportunities for long term career progression.


Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve full membership of the RICS by completing the Graduate Surveyor Programme and RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
  • Supporting the team in providing high quality development consultancy advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Delivering Agency on development sites.
  • Grow your network andworking relationships with landowners, local authorities and residential and commercial developers.
  • Assist in delivery of services to clients accurately and on time.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Person Specification

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated team player with a RICS accredited degree in a relevant discipline to at least a 2:1 or post graduate equivalent. You will also possess good communication and analytical skills, with an attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

  • An interest in Planning Policy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively.
  • Personable style with the necessary confidence and ambition to grow your career as we achieve our plans to successfully grow the client base.
  • A self-motivated, team player with a drive to achieve personal and business targets.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and in use of land in sight or other similar software.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Learn new skills and working methods and be adaptable to change.
  • Accept responsibility and, within parameters defined by the immediate performance manager, work on own initiative as required.
