Production Administrator
Our client, who are a growing and thriving company based in Gloucester, have a brand new opportunity for a Production Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. With over 40 years of industry experience, this is an exciting time to join this growing business.
The Production Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the production process.The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbox and generate paperwork needed to support with the production process.
- Liaise with the Production Manager to prioritise and schedule jobs according to delivery deadlines and material availability.
- Maintain production records and compliance documentation to ensure adherence with internal standards and external regulations, as well as customer expectations.
- Act as a point of contact for queries from the sales or dispatch teams regarding production status, delays, or changes.
- Assist in documenting quality control checks and ensuring production paperwork is complete and accurate.
Candidate Attributes:
-Previous office or administration type experience.
-Strong organisational skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving.
-Competent IT skills.
Hours: 7/8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Flexible start time between 7am and 8am- up to you!)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,400per annum, depending on chosen hours + benefits including;
