Job Title: Operations Administrator

Location: Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire

Remuneration: Competitive salary

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Handle vendor communication and maintain relationships.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Manage workflow, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.
