Job Description
We are recruiting an Operations Manager (Education) to oversee the coordination and administration of a range of accredited training and professional development programmes. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure programme compliance, and lead a small administrative team within the education department.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager (Education)

Coordinate and administer accredited training and education programmes.

Line-manage a small administrative team, providing clear guidance and support.

Oversee course schedules, learner records, assessments, and reporting requirements.

Maintain compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.

Review and improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Liaise with tutors, learners, and external partners to support effective delivery.

Produce accurate data and reports to assist departmental planning and review.
Key Skills of an Operations Manager (Education)
