Job Description

We are recruiting an Operations Manager (Education) to oversee the coordination and administration of a range of accredited training and professional development programmes. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure programme compliance, and lead a small administrative team within the education department.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager (Education)

  • Coordinate and administer accredited training and education programmes.

  • Line-manage a small administrative team, providing clear guidance and support.

  • Oversee course schedules, learner records, assessments, and reporting requirements.

  • Maintain compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.

  • Review and improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.

  • Liaise with tutors, learners, and external partners to support effective delivery.

  • Produce accurate data and reports to assist departmental planning and review.

Key Skills of an Operations Manager (Education)

  • Experience administering education, training, or professional development programmes.

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

  • Line management experience with confidence in delegation and staff support.
