RC Fornax is lookingfor a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our customer. This role is integral to the assembly and testing of electrical and computer-based components, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electrical and computer-based systems with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report technical issues promptly.
  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks in line with rigorous quality standards.
  • Collaborate with a motivated team across various operational areas.
  • Uphold a customer-focused approach in all aspects of production.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware components.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications.
  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of handling the demands of a hands-on production role.
  • Soldering experience to J-STD level.
  • Awareness or certification in IPC-620 standards.

Desirable Additional Experience:

  • Experience in cable assembly, harnessing, and loom construction.
  • Familiarity with IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards.
  • Strong grasp of mechanical assembly techniques and associated standards.
