Cover Supervisor

Job Title: SEN Cover Supervisor
Location: Gloucester
Pay Rate: £100 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time – 8:30am to 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and confident SEN Cover Supervisor to join an independent specialist school in Gloucester for autistic young people aged 7–16. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

As an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will support the smooth running of classes in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and focused. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to maintain a positive, structured learning environment for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects
