  • Job Title: Pharmacy Dispenser - Temporary

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's small dispensary team within a friendly GP surgery setting. You'll help ensure smooth day-to-day running of the dispensary and excellent patient care. In this role, you will:

  • Dispense and prepare medications accurately

  • Hand medications to patients with appropriate guidance

  • Assist in checking prescriptions and maintaining stock levels

  • Collaborate with the dispensary team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Community or practice-based dispensary experience

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services (desirable but not essential)

  • Good communication and attention to detail

  • Flexibility with working hours/days

  • You do not need prior GP surgery experience to be suitable for this role

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a flexible position, ideally 4 days per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri), with hours likely between 8:30am - 4:30pm or 5:00pm. Fewer days may be considered depending on candidate availability and cost. Contract is 3 months initially for locum, with a view to long-term or permanent hire.
