We are looking for determined and talented individuals who are excellent teachers, with high expectations of pupil achievement and are excited and passionate about supporting all pupils, especially those with SEND needs, to achieve their best. We are looking for teachers who are able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to provide the best start to our pupils learning journey. You will:* Have a passion for making a real difference* Have a proven track record of closing gaps in attainment and achieving strong pupil progress* Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families* Be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilientLooking after our staffs' well-being is always on our agenda: A Well-Being Charter that includes free lunches as well as flu jabs, regular subject leader release time, Parents' Meetings during the school day, robust appraisal systems that support career progression and opportunities to socialise and have fun together.
