- Work closely with teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and pupil engagement
- Provide targeted support in core subjects, particularly English and Maths
- Model high-quality teaching strategies and share best practice
- Support planning, assessment, and intervention strategies
- Contribute to staff development through coaching and mentoring

- Proven experience in KS1 and/or KS2 teaching
- A deep understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogy
