Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support tailored to the needs of the assigned pupil
- Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care if required
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
