Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development and learning of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment
Support classroom activities, from outdoor exploration to messy play
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
Work closely with teachers and staff to deliver high-quality care and learning
Adapt to the needs of the day - no two days are ever the same!

A genuine passion for working with young children
Enthusiastic, dependable, and proactive in your approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
