�? About the RoleAs a General Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children with additional needs to access learning
- Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and admin tasks
?? What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
