Academics Ltd is seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Partner to join a friendly mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they receive the individualised care and guidance required to succeed.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support on both a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping to raise attainment, build confidence, and promote positive learning behaviours. Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, you will play a key role in creating a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every child feels supported, valued, and motivated to reach their full potential.

• 89-100 per day (depending on experience)
• Full-time, 8:30-3:30
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities

• Delivering small-group or one-to-one interventions to enhance progress

• Encouraging positive behaviour and relationships

• Contributing to a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
